How long does shipping take for Group Buy items?
Group Buy items typically have an estimated lead time of 3 to 6 months. Once the production phase is complete, domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 14-day return window for in-stock items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that Group Buy items and customized kits are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
