1. Renders are for reference only. Please note that actual product colors may vary under different lighting conditions. Color differences between the render and the actual product will not be considered a quality issue. See IRL pictures here  

2. All products on this page are final sales. No change or cancellation will be made after order completion.

3. The LED diffusers are mounted on the plate, so they cannot be used when the keyboard is built without a plate. Turning on LEDs in plateless configurations will lead to the direct glare of the LED light entering the eyes. Therefore, we do not recommend a plateless build for this keyboard

4. The tri-mode PCB on this sale page comes with two 2200 mAh batteries.

5. If you want to edit your Neo Ergo specs, please do not edit the quantities in the shopping cart. Instead, visit the product page and "add to cart" again.

6. All PCBs support VIA and the wired features are based on QMK.

7. Please do not add anything other than Neo Ergo extra parts to the cart along with this keyboard. Otherwise, you will be prevented from checking out.

8. Any incomplete orders (i.e., ones without a plate (unless plateless), PCB, or other essential parts of the keyboard) will be canceled, and buyers will be responsible for any fees and transaction costs incurred.

9. Please use different accounts if you have multiple orders shipped to different locations. Our logistic system automatically combines all orders under the same account and ships them to the same destination. This helps consolidate extra parts orders and allows you to take advantage of free shipping.

10. Chroma and Dusk are random mixes of gradients, so the result on each unit may vary.

11. The oxidation of copper weights is inevitable due to the characteristics of the material. If you are concerned about this, please consider choosing stainless steel weight instead. 

12. Dusk and Chroma feature random gradient mixtures, making each unit unique.

13. Specific color selections for Dusk and Chroma are not available.

14. Dissatisfaction with Dusk and Chroma's iridescent colors is not a valid reason for return.

15. Dusk and Chroma colors may include single or multiple variations as shown in the render, with varying shades and intensities.

16. Purchase indicates acceptance of the above terms.
